Peter Wiegel is a German type designer and pioneer in freeware font distribution online. Since 2003, Peter has shared more than three hundred typefaces, all traced and extended by himself, through his website CAT fonts, all free to use. His typefaces include revivals of several historical writing styles, of which the Gothic ones are quite popular, but also original creations and numerous fantasy and modular fonts.
